F. McDevin Huggins
F. McDevin "Devin" Huggins grew up in Kinston, North Carolina, and graduated from
South Lenoir High School. He attended Wake Forest University for two years before transferring to Southern
Virginia University, where he graduated with his BA degree in 2004. Devin attended Baylor Law School, graduating
in 2009 magna cum laude. While at Baylor, Devin was the Senior Executive Editor for the Law Review and was very
active in the law school advocacy program. He finished First Place and was awarded Best Oralist in the Mack Kidd
Administrative Law Moot Court Competition for 2007. Devin was also a member of both the Tournament of Champions
and American Association of Justice mock trial teams, earning various awards and scholarships for his work. He was
licensed to practice law in 2009, and has also received his license to practice before the U. S. District Court,
Eastern District of Texas. Devin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Gregg County Bar Association and Texas
Trial Lawyers Association.
