We would like to think that Oprah‘s “No Phone Zone” and the recent laws prohibiting driving while using cell phones, were the result of our law firm campaign to educate the public on the dangers of distracted driving. It is more the result of continuing research which proves that driving while talking on cell phones, or texting, impairs you the same as a drunk driver. The safe thing to do is wait until you can safely pull over before you return the call.
